How to recover if NMC cound not connect ?

Some times we suddently find that the NMC can not login,. You would see the sybase database error if you try to find reason.

Does it means difficult ? No. follow me.

(1) we can install NMC at another PC even an VM PC. After that we try to connect backup master server., If every thing would OK at the end. It means we need toreinstall NMC at backup master server

(2) shutdown services and copy all thing as copy to other place.

under this directory , please keep everything before you go on

(3) unstall nmc and drop all database

completed remove all old nmc database

(4) reinstall again

You can see evert thing become back to normal.
